a set of 4 and a pair with blue floral print
a set of harp back chairs in light wood tone
this label belongs to an antique chair that is ripped but still gorgeous i have not seen this label before. Styled for Young America by J. L. Chase Co
Americas's Chairmaster
it was simply a curb find i picked up and gave a newly recycled soul with a little touch of artwork.
This is a broken little vintage rocker missing the rockers i found on a curb. i gave it a green and yellow paint job and planted it in my garden with a unique saying i made up as i went along, "Seated in the Garden for everyone to see
are treasures from heaven growing for you and me."
my black and white stage..all have sold except one chair
i have a desk ready to complete that is similar to this.
think i will do the same design to go with that chair.
some random furniture art.
the neighbor lady got this one!
this one went to a young lady in illinois who loves zebra print! thanks to her mom for letting it go home with her.
this entire world just like it anywhere!
mini dog bed? really lady? ok. so she bought it and immediately said she was reupholstering it. whatever. i had fun painting! and have two more i think somewhere around here just waiting for a new look.
my most favorite of all...handpainted by me and a little help with reupholstering gave this chair an entirely one of a kind, never to be found again anywhere just like it in the entire world look.
the cutest little rocker! handpainted by me.
at least i have a loyal customer who is pretty lucky to get sneak previews and dibs on my items!
wrought iron work was my most tedious work ever! and i have several more to work on. what paint will stick best to endure the heat and snow...i found out the hard way as the paint peeled and faded after leaving it outside all winter buried in snow. :(. is ok though! just means i can recreate the same thing even better next time around right?
think in the future i will be using auto paints to be sure no fading or chipping happens!
my mom creates mini chairs...guess the chair designing runs in the family!
A little chrome chair was nice to have at an indoor flea market. glad i got to keep this one.
here we have another curb find right from a neighbors home. he likes to sandblast and paint things. so that has been done with these. guess he just couldnt figure out the upholstery on these midcentury modern pieces of industrial steel chairs!
this guy just couldnt give up his boat seats but wife said no to taking them along to their new home. i offered to figure out a new home for them. in the meantime they make nice sunning chairs at my house and are very warm to sit in on a cooler day in the warm sun. :)
so far no one has been in dire need of boat seats...my phone reset to factory settings and i have lost their phone number too. ugh. so Don if you see this i havent forgotten about helping with your best ever fishing bait website!
